Blithfield Race Officer Course

This course is designed to equip members to ably assist with Officer of the Day duties. It is a three-hour course. Based indoors, it covers in a practical manner the tasks of the Race Officer at Blithfield. Taking one through the responsibilities, setting up the race, starting, finishing, with some time devoted to coping with typical problems that occur.

This course would lead into the RYA Club Race Officer course (a 6 hour course) for those interested enough to take it further.
