Merlin Open Meeting - 2024

Merlin Open Meeting - 19th May 2024.

Gates will open from 08:30am

Registration will take place at Blithfield Sailing Club from 1030.

There may be a briefing for competitors in the vicinity of the race office at 1030, or as soon as possible afterwards.

The First race is scheduled to start at 1155, after this race there will be a break for lunch and Second and Third races will be ‘back-to-back’ with timings briefed as soon as practicable. The number of races and timing is indicative and will depend on weather conditions.

Should the Open Event be shared with Club Racing; the visiting fleet will start 5 minutes ahead of the Club Fleets. The RRS will apply to all sailors.

The entry fee for the event is £25. This will include hot drinks throughout the day. Entry is on the day.

All competitors under the age of 18 years at the time of the event are required to complete a parental declaration form, signed by their parent or guardian, in addition to an entry form. The parental declaration form will be available at registration.
